[Scan-DC] What ever happened too...

   Can you say "federal indictment"?  There was very little published 
about it.  What I heard was word of mouth.  I believe EEB obtained one 
or more federal govt. radio equipment contracts and some kind of fraud 
was involved.  It was quite serious and he got nailed good.  I can't 
remember whether or not he got jail time but his demise also was the end 
of EEB.  I used to go to EEB and buy radio equipment.  I bought my heavy 
duty tower rotor motor/controller that I still use.   EEB's  location 
was awful and the prices were not great but competitive and it was an 
area radio outlet..   Today with the internet radio equipment purchase 
options I doubt if EEB could be competitive and survive..
