[Scan-DC] GRE Scanners ?

I had always thought Radio Shack scanners were Uniden scanners that
could not make it through final quality checks.

GRE has been making scanners for Radio Shack for many years. They are
now
also branching out on their own, for some unknown (but no doubt
brilliant)
marketing reasons.

I noticed that the Hamstation is advertising a GRECom PSR-500 hand held
scanner.

I never had heard of GRECom.  Is this new PSR-500 scanner worth a look
and does it work with any existing programming software like Bultel?
