I was going to mention that too but just hadn't gotten around to it.

There was a good post on the Milcom blog.  Apparently some copyright 
whiners?  Not sure of the whole story.

NGA public downloads - Only 2 days left and then no more

You have two days left to download the NGA FLIP publications. NGA 
publications will no longer be available to hobby listeners after 1 
October 2007, see below.
