About 20 minutes ago a heavy headed west->east around the beltway towards
Andrews at low level.

I could have seen either one, more likely the second, but he wasn't
flying the usual course. Today he was higher than usual and more to the
southwest than I'm accustomed to seeing. This is what happens when they
don't send me their flight plan in advance.
