 Steve,
 I believe you will have to use the above link to have your e-mail changed 
and
 that by  posting  to Scan-DC only sends a message to all the subscribers 
and
not to the list  server where  it needs to be changed. There is a 
possibility you
may need to un-subscribe  the old  address and then subscribe again using 
your
new address.
