This is a good article but may be bad for others. I am an Emergency
Management personnel for my town and we are hungry to get people to help us.
But no one wants to. So this story might be a 50/50 thing and not get it
all. When the POOP hits the fan they come out of the wood work.
I feel this is a going to be national but most likely not in the Bush
administration.
