[Scan-DC] Arlington County Fair

I was there on Saturday night, and so were several vehicles from the
ACFD. One was a communications vehicle. It was equipped with a
telescoping antenna, like the ones used by the local TV channels. I'm no
expert, but I got the impression it was communicating somewhere in the
microwave frequencies. Maybe there's something to hear from that.
Naturally, I did not have my scanner. I didn't see any FRS in use.
Families stuck together. I heard what I took to be Nextel.
