[Scan-DC] 222 MHz Beacon

All,
I picked up a beacon on 222.065 last week.  I was
wondering if anyone had any info on it.
My CW skills are very rusty.  What I copied was
"W3CCP/B FM291W PACKRATS"
I looked up the call and it's invalid.
I don't think I copied the grid square correctly,
either.  The "FM29" is probably right, but I'm not
sure on the "1W".
A Google search of PACKRATS give so many hits, it's
hard to tell which one is the one I'm looking for.
Anyway, any info on it would be appreciated.
