[Scan-DC] Global Hawk drone at PAX

A Global Hawk drone, the much larger cousin of the Predator, is down 
at PAX River this week.

I wonder how they communicate with the tower when the pilot is (could 
be) 1,000s of miles away?  Not sure if there would be anything to 
hear over the radio when one of these comes in to land.
