[Scan-DC] Brush fire season

Very rough brush fire last night (still smoldering) down in St. 
Mary's County.  Trooper 7 had to be called in to help units find a 
route in (which they couldn't) so they called out the Forestry dozer 
crews to help  bulldoze in a road and a firebreak (which the fire 
jumped several times).  Brush trucks were called from other counties 
and additional dozers from some private contractors (I think).

Rough going as most brush trucks couldn't get to the scene and then 
not much water in their tanks.
