[Scan-DC] No cellphone coverage in new DOT Building?

(Answering own question) - Apparently it's at M Street and New Joisey Ave in 
Soufeast... which really won't mean a whole lot to me until I look at a 
street map.

I'm wondering if the new building(s?) out at White Oak (Silver Spring MD, on 
the old Naval Ordnance Lab site near New Hampshire Avenue and Route 29) 
have/will have the same problems...
