Thanks, will take a look... but didn't they _used_ to be there? I could
swear they did, sometime back.
I gotta read up on this NTIA also; the subject has come up here before... am
curious about when it was started, and if it spun off from FCC... I've been
interested in electronics and radio communications continually since the
mid-1960s and for some reason, never heard of NTIA until maybe a year or two
ago, via this list! (Why wasn't I informed? :) )
