[Scan-DC] Univ of Md College Park is rebanding

With thanks to Nightwatch, we have an alert that UMD College Park is rebanding...the old freqs can be found at the following link:

PG County monitors in that area with UniTrunker, Trunker and others are encouraged to report...all you need is a 800 Mhz scanner with a discriminator tap (UniTrunker doesn't need a data slicer, others do...) and away you go.  Since this is a Motorola system, once their little system rebanding is complete, scanners will no longer be able to trunktrack them (probably why they're doing it now, along with the fact that they're a relatively small system...)
