[Scan-DC] Round and round it goes...

My area seems to be a frequent FCPD helo destination in addition to being on a heavily-used route.
In fact, he's circling right now (5/23, 10:45 PM).

Our Neighborhood Watch coordinator sent out the following, which explains the Sunday morning
sighting:
