Man I just love the guys/gals in the Coast Guard. They have,& do,a 
tremendous job.

But I watched a 60 Minutes piece tonight about the unbelievable 
screwups re the latest post 9/11 upgrades & even allowing for CBS's 
fear mongering it's a sad,sad tale.

Millions & millions of $$ wasted & nobody can say who's to blame.

Rich get richer &...

Oh yeah, I've been informed my "P25 system"  is, in reality , EDACS. 
At least I got a sys id. Never had RR to be so wrong. What little bit 
of info they had pointed to P25 or M Type II.
