As of 1:45 p.m. I notice the ROSS aircraft is gone. He must have landed. 
So, those of you bothered by the constant drone can have some relief - 
at least for a bit.

No, I'm not listening to voice comms. Sorry I can't be of help. As of 
this writing (1:13 p.m.), he's still circling but is now at 2400 feet - 
perhaps taking a look at something/someone. Callsign is ROSS 028.
