No, but I did hear an interesting transmission on a search and rescue
talkgroup of the Montgomery County [MD] Fire/Rescue digital trunked
system. One side of the conversation was slightly distorted and said
they were operating on a satellite phone patch.  I believe the other
side of the conversation was someone at the ECC who said they had a
radio set to scan and was curios about the testing they heard.  This
may be in preparation for a search & rescue group that MC Fire/Rescue
could be sending to Kansas for assistance.
