They are conducting counter narco surveillance, national security mission 
for the DHS, INS border surveillance and USAF among others. Starting April 1 
until the deadline on October 1 the CAP will be changing over from their old 
frequency assignments to their new narrowband assignments.  I wrote about

Mike is correct that the November issue had the first run on these new CAP 
narrowband freqs and I will be featuring that and much more in my Jume MT
