[Scan-DC] A380 coming to Dulles

It's DLH 8948.  I haven't been able to pull it up on flightaware.com.  It 
will likely be landing on 19L.  All day arrivals have been on 1L, departures 
on 1R.  But in the last 10 minutes Dulles changed the pattern.
