[Scan-DC] Helo In The Potomac...Update

  Apparent false alarm.

   Company 6's chief say's he's in direct contact with Dalgren's 
"range control".  Dalgren say's they reviewed their radar tape & is 
sure no aircraft were in the air during the time period of reported crash.

   There sure was alot of equipment dispatched on this call.  Can't 
believe someone would do this on purpose but...
