Does anyone know if this was incoming, or departing, coal? That's not a
stupid question. I've read, to my surprise, that some coal is imported
through east coast ports. I don't think of Baltimore as a port at which
the railroads transfer coal from trains to colliers for export. Hampton
Roads, surely, but not so much Baltimore.
