[Scan-DC] Freighter stuck(?) in the Bay

For the last seven hours or so, I've been watching a 300 foot 
freighter off the South end of Tilghman's Island on the Eastern 
Shore.  It hasn't moved, which is kind of abnormal in this part of 
the Bay.

Now I can see two tugs working around her (both sides), a pilot boat, 
and what looks like a DNR Police boat (it is pretty far away).  Tugs 
have been going around in circles for awhile.

Not sure if it is just broken down, or ran aground (no sand bars over 
there I think).  Maybe something else.

Can't hear anything on the Marine band on this side of the Bay. 
Those on the Eastern Shore might have more luck.

Kind of odd.
