[Scan-DC] non-NDW EDACS Trunk

I first received this system in Loudoun with 138.2375 [SID:01] as the
control channel on Christmas Eve 2005.  I'm not sure what I was using for an
antenna.  But currently I can only receive it with my amp connected and then
its S5 but with static and intermod.  I can receive the NNMC system [SID:02]
and one I believe to be TXing from Tysons Corner (138.2625, 138.3875
[SID:03], 138.5125) at S1-S2 with no amp,   And for further comparison, with
the amp the Bolling system is really weak, fading in and out, usually out.

I'll be out looking for 380mhz sites this weekend.  I always search this
range too when I do that.
