[Scan-DC] New CC in use in AA Co!

Odd...  I've got a list that i believe I got from Radioreference,
dated 03/01/01, with that frequency listed.  It's in my BC895 already.
 Maybe it's one of the frequencies involved with the Nextel swap of a
few years ago?
