[Scan-DC] what just flew west from Andrews?

I'm in Alexandria. The a/c flew over headed west at 10:15 a.m. local
time. I had to change from my reading glasses to my distance glasses and
run outside. By that time, the plane was in the distance. It was probably
a C-17. This plane, however, had a "different" look to it, like a C-141.
It didn't sound like a C-141, though. I easily recall their distinctive
sound. Further, those are supposed to be gone. I don't think it was
either 28000 or 29000, the White House fleet 747s.
