[Scan-DC] Fairfax - "Condition 2"

I just turned on the scanner figuring there would be some action with the first snow of the season.  First thing I heard was an announcement on the FFX Disp channel announcing that they are "operating in Condition 2 with split dispatch on 4B and 4C."

I'm assuming this is something they are doing due to the high volume of traffic accidents that seem to happening with the snow starting to accumulate.  Temps are also below freezing, so looks like it will be an interesting afternoon on the radio.
