On page A25 of the Dec 29, 2006 edition of the Denver Post there was an
article called "Messages to Spies are Coded but Not Hidden".

The article gives several frequencies alleged to be used by the
Cubans/Russians, Britain and Israel to transmit coded messages to
operatives in other countries.

I am surprised nobody else has mentioned this earlier.
