   I think that is in reference to cell phones.  It is more than likely 
that rebroadcasting or otherwise revealing the contents of encrypted 
communications is illegal, but I do not think that the rebroadcasting 
of unencrypted communications is illegal.  If it were, then there have 
been years and years worth of such rebroadcasts that, to my knowledge, 
have never been responded to through any legal actions.
