[Scan-DC] What in the world was that, that just flew over?

Hard to tell from the pix, but it could have a white fuselage. I can't
recall whether what I saw had the structures on the wingtips, which may
be part of its electronics as opposed to fuel tanks. It seems to me that
I would have seen the retracted fueling boom of a KC-135 right away. The
plane I saw was smaller than a 747. Unless it was a Swissair Convair
990.... Oh, wait: they have fuel tanks on the wings too.
