[Scan-DC] Wallops Launch Now Dec. 15

I was told by a friend at NASA that this launch should be visible as far
west as Hagerstown. The Shuttle was visible and bright in Beltsville, but I
didn't hear anything on 259.7AM.

Are there any VHF/UHF data feeds off of the Minotaur? It'd be fun even if
all I heard was the rough sound of a data feed.
