[Scan-DC] Ski Area Frequencies

A lot of the local ski areas, such as Whitetail, Liberty, Roundtop, and
Wisp, opened this weekend. Here are some frequencies.

Note that none of this post represents original work on my part. The
entire message is cut and pasted from previous posts. I hope that I have
not failed to give credit. If I did, and you recognize your work, please
speak up.

One of these days, I'm going to turn this into a wiki.

Here are the Liberty/Roundtop/Windham frequencies.   Although Liberty Ski
Corp now owns Whitetail, its frequencies were licensed under the previous
owners and it has/had a different frequency suite.  Gulfoss would take
its time to show any changes.   Any of the Mr. Scanner CDs has the
listing
for WT, I have not copied them off yet.   The main frequency is the
464.325/469.325 [input, 151.4], although listening to the groomers in the
early morning is a lot of help in telling slope conditions.

Seven Springs ski resort near Somerset, PA

452.1500 - very active, ski patrol

However, the FCC database and the old Mr. Scanner database I have list
the following frequencies assigned to Seven Springs Farms, Inc. D.B.A.
as the resort:

452.1500 (1)
455.1500 (1)
463.8750 (2)

468.8750 (2)
468.9375 (2)
468.8375 (2)

1 - WPNW394
2 - WNNI729

I.e. only the 452.1500/457.1500 frequency is common to both lists and is
assigned to the resort.  Additional work needs to be done to reconcile
the two lists.  That may have to wait until this next ski season.

It was a cold, windy day and lots of treacherous ice under a light cover
of snow that made for fast and fun runs.
