[Scan-DC] Talk About Luck

  Last night , 12-06-06 @ approx 1830hrs , I was listening to a web sight's 
real-time streaming of Charles county's fire-ems-sheriff dept's.  I do not 
have a digital capable scanner so , until I found the web-site , I was not 
hearing any sheriff dept trans since they went "digital" some months back.

  At the same time I was trying out a new audio recording pgm , Mp3 Recorder 
Pro , when a deputy tried to initiate a car pull over.  Well the guy in the 
car had other idea's & took off.

  I recorded the complete chase , it lasted around four minutes , & ended 
with the two guy's bailing out after hitting spike-strips that disabled the 
car. Both were captured after a short foot chase.

  Sometime's it's better to be lucky than good. :)
