  459ARW KC-135R "DeCee 95" out of Andrews AFB is just departing  Patrick AFB 
where he has RONd for a couple of days. He is on a round-robin  routing, as 
he was yesterday when he left here to AAR with JSTARS E-8C "Peach  86."  Look 
for possibly similar mission today.
  Using VHF ATC freqs, so far 133.75, 132.65.
