[Scan-DC] Launch from Wallops Island, 11 Dec

There is a planned Minotaur orbital launch from Wallops Island on 11
Dec (link below).  I hope to be the area to watch it, plus have ham
gear/scanners on hand to monitor any range activity.    Are there
suggested frequencies that people in the group would advise monitoring
for this sort of launch?
