[Scan-DC] Question RE: "STRATCOM "Zulu" Net: 'Z170'"

1540z/ Frequency 7831 kHz (Listed as "STRATCOM "Zulu" Net: 'Z170'")

I'm not sure if that is even a valid designator or if "STRATCOM Zulu
Net" is still in use but I received a data transmission and I was
curious as to what type/mode it was. Any help appreciated!
