[Scan-DC] Amtrak police frequency

Well I know a while back in CHM someone got there hands on a Amtrak PD radio
and listed the NEC system. 

It is a good list.

How about 161.205 MHz for Amtrak police systemwide and 161.295 MHz for
Amtrak police in the Northeast Corridor? Are they good frequencies?
