Andy;
The MARC Brunswick Line and Frederick Branch trains use the CSX frequencies.
In and around Union Station they use 160.44, 160.920.
>From Washington out to Martinsburg and on the Frederick Branch the trains use AAR 08 - 160.230 as the road channel to call signals.
>From Washington to Weverton, MD (and the Frederick Branch) the CSX AU (Metropolitan Sub) dispatcher uses AAR 14 - 160.320 and from Weverton, MD to Cumberland, MD the CSX CM (Cumberland Sub) dispatcher uses AAR 94- 161.520.
The MARC trains are symbolled P87x and P88x are Brunswick Line trains, with even numbers eastward movements. P89x are Frederick Branch trains, again even numbered east.
You can take a look at some of my train photos from those areas at http://www.railpictures.net/showphotos.php?userid=5336
