[Scan-DC] Amtrak police frequency

I see you have ventured to the south. :)

That freq has not been used in ages. Ever since I stared going to DC on the
train back in 99'ish it has never been used.

That was a frequency used in the New England Area, years ago.

They used it as a Pac/RT [Portable Extender]  Ch.23
