Two, to answer your question specifically, the ones you need:

     46	160.800	Conrail road 1 (AAR channel 46)
     20	160.410	RF&P dispatcher, lineside detectors (AAR 20)
     96	161.550	RF&P road channel

160.800 will work from New Carrolton to the Potomac River. Once you cross
that, switch to 160.410 and 161.550. The old RF&P is now CSX, and you
will be on it to Quantico.
