[Scan-DC] Ocean City has rebanded

Dunno, Doug. I haven't heard anything about talkgroup changes, at least so far. 

Checking on the RR board is probably the best approach. The Southern Maryland yahoo group doesn't seem to cover much in the way of public safety stuff.
