[Scan-DC] There's something odd happening with Fort Belvoir's 380 Mhz system

On Friday, 13 October, on the Joint National Capital Region (Fort Belvoir, Virginia) System (380 Mhz) they were simulcasting a channel from the Fairfax County's system.  

On Ft. Belvoir TG126 they were carrying the simulcast of Fairfax County TG16848 (Channel 2 -- Mount Vernon/Franconia District Dispatch).

Tonight they are simulcasting Fairfax County TG16944 (Channel 6 Franconia/Mount Vernon District Dispatch), again on Belvoir TG126.

This is going on as I write this.

These two Fairfax County channels are patched together for dispatching -- only one channel is active on any given day. These two districts border Fort Belvoir.
