[Scan-DC] Arlington PD?

John,

Do you know more specifically when Arlington will be switching to P25?
 I assume this means P25 voice, with a 3600 control channel (like the
majority of the systems in the DC metro area).  Except for people with
analog scanners, this is kind of good news, because it will finally
eliminate those pesky Type I fleets on the current system...
