[Scan-DC] Gaithersurg fire

28 county ct. in box area 31 had a middle of the row townhouse with heavy 
fire showing. Second alarm was requested on arrival. Fire was quickly 
knocked with no or little extension to exposures but fire did burn a hole 
through second floor. No injuries and unk number of residents displaced.
