Everyone forgets about 136.725 Jay. It's, by far, the best indication of
AF1 arriving or leaving the area because of the lead aircraft that moves
10-15 minutes ahead of the big guy. Put that together with a scheduled
ramp freeze at Andrews and you've got the time pinned down.
I think the helo you're mentioning might have been Eagle 1, the US Park
Police helicopter that I heard talking to Andrews right at that time.

Darn. I always miss the good catches. However, I forgot about the
136.725 freq so it wasn't a total loss I guess. I did hear a un-id'd
helo doing circles in the prohibited area during that time. ATC said
he was by the Wash. Monument at 1000 ft. All in/outbound a/c at
National Airport were made aware of it. I never did get the callsign
or radio xmissions from him on 120.75...
