[Scan-DC] Sunday's (9/17) Metro Emergency Drill

I'm wondering if anybody was listening to Metro, Arlington, DC, etc.
this past Sunday morning when they conducted the emergency drill
between Rosslyn and Foggy Bottom.  Many little-used talkgroups were
probably utilized.
