[Scan-DC] Audible clear comms on MilSatCom freq 269.95

It is Fri, 6:25pm EDT (2225z).
  Strong comms audible now on 269.95, a MilSatCom freq associated  with the 
HMX-1 (Presidential) helo sqdn at Quantico.
  The comms have been going on for a half hour, and were also heard  this 
morning.  The comms consist of test counts, some long, some  short.
