[Scan-DC] ANGRY's are up

ANGRY 01, 02 and others are up doing practice for "20 mikes"

I first noticed them when the PTC controller on 125.65 told ANGRY 1 to
switch to center on freq 133.9 or UHF equiv. (he was on the UHF side
so I couldn't hear it)

I got hits on 139.15 MHz A/A with ..

"1000 rounds M56 ... playtime 20 mikes" .. "flight clearance 18 to 20 blocks"

AND

13:44/ 143.6 MHz which was later identified by ANGRY 1 as Victor 5 and
then he went encrypted

Prior to the identification by ANGRY 1 of 143.6, there were the same
encryption on it before I heard them in the clear. I'm not sure if all
this is in the books, but I can vouch that 143.6 is 100% V-5 for the
ANGRYs. Also I noted 3 or 4 diff signals with diff s-meter strength on
above freq..

encrypted comms are still going on 143.6 as I type... (not that it helps you)

I hear faint but intelligible audio on 139.15 still and now ANGRY 1
just BOOMED in.. sounds like he's coming back to ADW or such..
