[Scan-DC] HELLION 91 Flight of F-16s

They are two F-16s. They arrived at Patrick yesterday  as two singleton 
flights and RONd. They departed here at 3:20pm EDT. Should be  Luke boys. They are 
heading to Andrews. They are gutsy. They departed into  a raging storm and 
downpour, but banged a left off the Rnwy 20 departure in  a soaring climb to the 
clear air over the ocean.  I monitored their  handoffs as:

   Air-air was 142.5.
