[Scan-DC] Maryland Launches Nation's Largest Mobile Command Center

Fifty-six feet long, and a straight truck... this thing isn't exactly going 
to be too maneuverable... will be interesting to see how it fares (that's 
right, isn't it?  Or is it "fairs"?) in that regard...
