[Scan-DC] Sunday milcom 371.9

Unlurking....

Immediately after turning on the radio about 3PM local time on Sunday,
heard "ZEPHYR 97" on 257.2 (Potomac TRACON for Reagan National) climbing
out.  Handed off to 319.1 (ZDC Washington Center at Linden, VA).  Then
"pushing 371.9" where he called Washington Center ("Moorefield" sector at
Elkins, WV) at FL280.

Despite opening the squelch all the way, I never heard him again.
